Delete your anonymous audit

Permanently delete the bill you uploaded to the CHA anonymous audit and the audit results we produced from it.

Use this form if you used the anonymous audit (without creating an account) and want to delete your bill before our automatic 24-hour deletion runs.

  • Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
  • Your audit link will stop working as soon as the deletion completes.
  • For privacy and audit purposes, we keep a HIPAA-required record that a deletion occurred (no personal data, just the fact of the event).

You must be on the same browser you used to upload the bill — the link itself isn't enough to delete on its own, by design.
